Each submission will cost $1.00 (payable via PayPal).
Sites that are submitted must:
- not have any popup advertising on the home page
- not contain adult/erotic related advertisements
- not be under construction
- not redirect to other proxies
Any sites submitted that do not follow the above rules will be removed and any monies paid will be forfeited.
